Thanks for purchasing LEOLINK products. As a user of LEOLINK products, you will obtain the following service warranty:

2. Replacement and Repair of LEOLINK Products

The warranty is limited to the main machine. Power cables, connecting cables, software products and user manuals are excluded from the warranty range. If accessories have problems within one weekly after you purchase the product, they are subject to replacement free of charge.

If there is any equipment performance problem within 15 days after the purchase date, and there is no appearance scratch, you can directly replace the product with a new one at your vender place. If there is any problem in assembly or usage, you can contact LEOLINK after-sales service center to seek solution from our engineers. After the communication, if the problem is detected at product performance, you can replace the product with a new one or an equivalent one at your vender place. If you fail to contact the vender, you can contact LEOLINK after-sales service center to obtain the warranty service. If the product is determined as faultless after examination, no warranty service will be available.

Warranty period for external power supply and wireless antenna is 3 months. If the returned power supply has express hard damage, crack, break or serious deformation, or the power cable has any damage, break or naked core, no warranty service will be available. You may purchase new ones otherwise. If the product conforms to the warranty policy, we will offer maintenance service free of charge.

LEOLINK products enjoy global warranty service. No matter where you purchased and used the product, in case of hardware problem within the warranty scope, you can enjoy the warranty service at the after-sales service center.

3. In any of the following cases, no warranty service will be available:

* The warranty period expires.

* The sealing mark is broken, or is altered without authorization, or is missing.

* You disassembled or maintained the product without authorization.

* The product shell is seriously deformed and damaged.

* Installed in high temperature, high pinch, humidity or under other abnormal circumstance so as to led to malfunction

* Damaged by thunder, flood, fire, earthquake, etc

4. Our company can offer paid maintenance services to products outside the warranty scope. After the paid maintenance, we will offer 3 months warranty free of charge as of the recovery date as to the same performance problem.

5. Others

The above service commitments are applicable to our products sold globally. If there are other after-sales clauses when the product is sold, the contract confirmed by the company shall prevail.
